Branding and Messaging System Development for Office and Commercial Complex

S ZONE, a project by Shufersal Group, spans approximately 70,000 square meters in the heart of the Sapir Business and Technology Park in Netanya's industrial zone, one of Israel's largest and most central areas, encompassing about 5,000 dunams of commerce, offices, entertainment, and dining.

Challenge: A vast supply of business spaces in the area faced with low demand following the COVID-19 period.

Solution: Rebranding the complex to align with the defined target audiences (technology and high-tech companies) and developing a suitable marketing campaign on Google and social media platforms.

This approach aimed to position S ZONE as an attractive and innovative hub for businesses in the technology sector, enhancing its appeal and competitiveness in the market.
