Employer Branding and Internal Brand Language Development
The internal branding process for the Lubinski Group focused on defining the organizational DNA and strengthening the connection between employees across all companies and the overarching Lubinski brand.
Lubinski is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, leading the automotive industry through innovation and digital transformation. At its core, the company builds on a solid foundation of history, providing security, belonging, and commitment to its employees.
We developed a cohesive and consistent internal visual language, known as "The Lubinski Language," to support HR initiatives and unify the group under one umbrella brand while respecting the individual identities of its existing sub-brands.
The project included establishing an infrastructure for internal communication and employer branding to foster engagement between management and employees, among employees themselves, and across the entire Lubinski Group. Key initiatives included:
