Employee Competition – Efficiency and Savings in the IT Department

We launched an internal campaign at Menora Mivtachim to promote an employee competition focused on efficiency and cost-saving initiatives within the IT Department. The objective was to engage employees and managers, who are intimately familiar with daily operations and technological and budgetary challenges, to propose ideas that could help the organization save resources and improve processes. Suggestions ranged from new applications and software, streamlining existing procedures, to developing new products and services for clients.

The process was illustrated through the creative concept:

  1. Found a cost-reduction idea?
  2. Evaluated the potential savings?
  3. Share your ideas with everyone and the judging panel!

The campaign included designing a logo for the competition, executing an email campaign with teasers leading up to a company-wide employee competition, and organizing internal promotional activities with hostesses and events throughout the company premises.

This initiative aimed to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to contribute actively to the organization's success.
