Employee Safety Campaign

After six months of preparation, research, discussions, and analyses aimed at understanding the human thought process in the moments preceding critical decisions, we launched a comprehensive, evolving safety campaign for IEC employees, spanning two and a half years. The campaign addressed the internal conflicts employees and managers face across all organizational levels, emphasizing that safety must always be paramount, outweighing considerations of schedules, budgets, or other factors. 

The initiative included a company-wide internal campaign (both digital and offline), an employee survey system to measure attitude changes throughout the year, and interactive organizational activities.

The second phase of the campaign focused on electrical hazards, featuring testimonial-style employee videos and visibility campaigns across company premises and internal digital assets. Subsequent campaigns addressed issues such as falls from heights, activities involving external contractors, and the implementation of digital safety modules.

This multi-faceted approach aimed to instill a culture of safety within IEC, ensuring that all employees prioritize safety in their daily operations.
